No, you don’t have to register, but doing so will help in receiving exclusive offers, reward points and saves all relevant info for a hassle-free checkout experience.

How can I pay for my order?
Our payment gateway RazorPay has a number of payment options such as credit/debit cards, NetBanking from a number of banks, UPI payment methods such as PhonePe or GooglePay and even wallets such as PayTM, AmazonPay and JioMoney.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?
Yes, you can. A delivery address can be different from the billing address provided.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order we request that you send us an email with the relevant order number prior to dispatch. If the items have been dispatched then payment of the cost of the returned goods will be the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
• Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
• If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case of a cancellation.
• In case of return cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the return of product to us and verification of the product and packing.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns due to the nature of the products we sell. However, if you face any issues with your order, you can write to us to see if you qualify for a refund or replacement. Also a video of parcel opening is a must for claiming any return/replacement/missing products.
How do I know how long my product is under warranty for?
There will be a leaflet which states the warranty period of said product attached to it.
What comes under our Viva Baazar Trust Warranty?
Our VIVA Baazar product has a unique replacement warranty when it comes to manufacturing defects.
I received a damaged product, how do I initiate a return for this item?
Please get in touch with us via email with a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will help initiate a replacement for you.
How long will it take to deliver my items?
During checkout we will give you an approximate delivery date depending upon the Zip code you provide, due to isolated locations some deliveries may take longer, we ask you to be patient.
I did not register for my Viva Baazar Trust Warrant, can I still claim?
No worries, you can still claim your warranty if the product has been sent to you with manufacturing defects, do send an email to info@vivabaazar.com along with an image attached.
How do I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, an email with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
What if there are parts of my product missing?
Write to us at info@vivabaazar.com and we will have the missing parts sent to you.
